How to use the Support Center?

Support Center is a simple, user friendly platform which allows you to contact our support team. To start using the platform, please select desired option.

Open a New Ticket

This option allows you to create a new ticket. After clicking, you will be presented with a form. Please fill all required fields, type in the CAPTCHA text and click “Create Ticket” button to open a new ticket. Please double check that you’ve entered a valid email address. Tickets in our system are assigned to email addresses. You will also need it to check the ticket status later.

It is possible to attach files to the message.
Please be aware that maximum size of attachment is 2MB.

After clicking “Create Ticket” button – confirmation message appears.

Now please check your emailbox. You will find an email which contains the Ticket ID. Please don’t delete this message. You will need these details to check the ticket status later.

Check Ticket Status

This option allows you to check an existing ticket status. Two things are required to check a ticket status:

  • E-mail address (which was used to open a ticket)
  • Ticket ID (it was provided in an automatically sent email)

Fill both fields and click ‘View Status’ button.

After short moment entire ticket history will be displayed .

If you want to quickly browse other tickets – click ‘My tickets’ in the top navigation bar.
