Send Record via Email

This task can be used to automatically send an email to pre-configured recipient with details of the Aurora web form. It is almost exclusively combined with Show Form tasks. You need to configure it first in the Properties window.

In the properties window you can set:

  1. The recipient email address,
  2. Subject of the message,
  3. Pre-configure the message body.
  4. This is an Output values fields list. You can add them to your email. The Output values are storing the entries from the Aurora forms. You can increase the amount of Output values fields by adding new forms to the same workflow.
